- Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

- Standard delivery within India: 4–7 business days.
- Express delivery (if available): 2–4 business days.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply depending on location.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
- You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or tracking link.
Packaging & Safety
- All items are securely packed with industry-standard safety materials.
- Each shipment is fully protected to ensure the product reaches you safely.
Address Accuracy

- Zarini Jewels is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.
Delivery Attempts
- The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the order returns due to non-availability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.
International Shipping
- Currently, we ship only within India.
Damaged or Tampered Deliveries
- If you receive a tampered, opened, or damaged package, please do not accept it.
- Immediately contact us with photos or videos for verification.
