  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • Standard delivery within India: 4–7 business days.
  • Express delivery (if available): 2–4 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply depending on location.

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order using the courier partner’s website or tracking link.

Packaging & Safety

  • All items are securely packed with industry-standard safety materials.
  • Each shipment is fully protected to ensure the product reaches you safely.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • Zarini Jewels is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the order returns due to non-availability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

Damaged or Tampered Deliveries

  • If you receive a tampered, opened, or damaged package, please do not accept it.
  • Immediately contact us with photos or videos for verification.
