Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return as per our Return Policy.
  • Custom or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once the design or production process has begun.

Cancellation by Zarini Jewels

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following situations:

  • Payment failures or incomplete transactions.
  • Product unavailability or stock issues.
  • Incomplete or invalid shipping details.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity.

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and refunds will be processed promptly.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the conditions specified below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, packaging, bills, and certificates (if applicable) must be intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • An open-box video is mandatory as proof. The video should clearly show:
  • The sealed package before opening
  • The product, tags, and condition after opening
  • ⚠️ Returns without an open-box video will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery pieces.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling or wear and tear.
  • Items returned without proper packaging, tags, or certification.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team with your Order ID, reason for return, and product images.
  • Our team will verify the request within 24–48 hours.
  • Once approved, the item will be scheduled for pickup (where available).
  • After inspection at our facility, the refund will be processed.

Refund Policy
